The main parts include twin screw extruder, gravimetric feeder, pelletizing system and vacuum packing system.>One pack processing systemWe coperate with Shanghai Wire & Cable Research Institute and seek a simplied process for Silane XLPE compound, now it is proved sucessful by our users.It only needs a middle size twin screw extruder, simple strand pelletizing system and our special rotary mixing system, which helps our users to reducing the equipment costs and simplify the operation and process.>> Peroxide XLPE is used for 10kv-35kv cable insulation or110-500kv extra-high voltage cable insulationOur CMS series reciprocating kneader(co kneader/BUSS kneader) is the best solution for peroxide XLPE, the high end users are prefer to reciprocating kneader(co kneader/BUSS kneader), but SDJ series two stage twin screw and single screw extruder is more popular in China and Asia, because the cost of the machineries are economic.
